  • Introduction: Introduction: stomach cancer is one of the most common cancers nowadays with a low survival rate, which causes cancer through the destruction of the mucus-producing epithelium, which have different types. And under the influence of risk factors, including family history and bacterial infections such as helicobacter pylori and is also dependent on eating habits. In all societies today the impact of diet on the prevention and treatment of many diseases it has been revealed. So we try to uncover a healthy and effective diet from the link between food and stomach cancer.
  • Methods: Method: we provide the following results from keywords: nutrition behaviors, stomach cancer, risk factors affecting stomach cancer and to search scientific databases such as: Google scholar, Pubmed, Science direct, Elsevier and also the selection of articles based on epidemiological studies and case reports. We used them for citation and analysis. And at the end of the 20 articles with related titles were reviewed. And by combining and summarizing the findings of the 14 articles directly to the following results.
  • Results: Results: The diet of each individual and each region may vary depending on climatic and geographical conditions. Of course, the base, which includes fruits and vegetables, minerals, minerals, vitamins, etc., is almost the same for everyone. Studies show a significant relationship between fruit and vegetable intake and prevention of epithelial neoplasia followed by gastric cancer, which its higher consumption, but not its excess, reduces the risk of gastric cancer. In the meantime, vitamin E and D intake have reduced gastric cancer mortality. It goes without saying that these vitamins reduce the risk factors due to their antioxidant properties. Zinc and selenium are among the minerals, but researchers have not yet reached a 100% certainty that they are effective, but according to clinical trials. On the other hand, we know that personal and genetic factors also have an impact on the incidence of this cancer, so we need to analyze all of these factors. A number of research studies involving the use of antioxidant-containing pharmaceutical supplements have shown a significant reduction in risk, but what is important here is the high dose of these antioxidants in their supplements compared to their dietary intake. This is a bit of a contradiction. It also represents the antioxidant, depending on the sex and nutritional status that these aspects should be taken into account.
  • Conclusion: Conclusion: What we found in the findings was the compilation of statistics and data from research studies around the world and what is evident is the positive effect of antioxidants on reducing the risk of gastric cancer and also the use of antioxidant-containing food particles, like fruits and vegetables. That should be included in daily diets depending on individual characteristics.
