  • Introduction: Introduction: : AIDS is an immunodeficiency disease. That 37 millions of people are suffering from AIDS and long-term weakening of the immune system can lead to a variety of malignant ulcers and inflammation.
  • Methods: Method: to write this article we found the following findings from malignant ulcer and HIV in adult and search keywords in Pub med, Elsevier, Google Scholar and translation 14 articles and direct use of 8 articles.
  • Results: Results: : In this study, we attempted to investigate the association between AIDS in adults and these malignant ulcers. It goes without saying that this relationship is influenced by various other factors such as epidemiology and environmental factors that have a significant effect on this relationship. AIDS causes a variety of infections caused by fungal, bacterial and viral agents. As well as typical bacteria that are not normally pathological, they also cause pathogenicity in their bodies. Now let’s look at common examples. Oral ulcers and infections are common such as Candidiasis. As well as gastrointestinal infections and ulcer caused by cytomegalovirus, Epstein bar virus, herpes simplex. It has been mentioned that it can cause pneumonia with lung involvement. In these people, gastroesophageal reflex causes ulcers in the stomach that are slow to develop and become chronic, leading to malignancy. Involve the musculoskeletal system in tropical and pemphigus form and haematus osteomyelitis, long-term causes osteoporosis and even amputation. A number of wounds occur in these patients due to surgical complications. That the physicians should consider all aspects before surgery and (CD4)+ cells are a useful marker for predicting the risk of malignant ulcers because at least the threshold is 200 per ml.
  • Conclusion: Conclusion: These lesions and wounds symbolize the suppressed stages of the immune system. These infections interact with each other. And each one promotes each other's transition. Studies show that among the wounds that result from HIV, gastric-throat wounds are more dangerous and have more serious consequences than other wounds.
