  • Introduction: Among the needs that constantly pressurize humans, the most important is the need for food. Nothing in life is so important except the food they choose. Because it is from food that we all receive the light of our lives and have an undeniable impact on our mental and physical traits. As the history of human civilization has been on the forefront and the main cause of many of the nation's invasions and wars is the food issue. Now the main point of this thesis is to look at the seemingly omnivorous human natural food.
  • Methods: Eating carnivorous pleasure kills millions of poor animals every day. Human will not see peace, freedom, peace and happiness until he is carnivorous only for the sake of his taste. I say only because of the taste that man mistakenly thinks is omnivorous and that he has to kill for life and that meat is tasty and if he dies If vegetarian history goes back to the early humans who lived for thousands of years in the tropical forests only by eating fruits and later forced to migrate because of some natural problems, they began to eat the flesh of hunting creatures. They kept this habit and discovered the fire Plato, Pythagoras, Socrates, Rumi, Aristotle and Prophet are some of the vegetarian elders.   Nature shows us completely that every animal's food is provided depending on the structure of the body and the needs of its body. The human body's structure is quite similar to that of the fruit-eating monkeys. Not only the internal structure of the human body but also the outer structure And man's behavioral habits are evidence of his carnivorousness.   The advantage of vegetable nutrition is that in addition to the large amounts of nitrogen that can be found in beans, lentils and other grains, or in fruits and almonds, high levels of starch and minerals and even twice as much meat, phosphate and ten times as much iron. Conversely, meat based on the nutrition chart is quite clear that it has high levels of nitrogen without the starch and minerals it contains.
  • Results: In this age vegetable supremacy has been recognized and today no one can prove the necessity of bloody food for man, and plants will undoubtedly be the food of human future races.   Today's civilized man, as well as the wandering beasts, have no choice but to belly and lust. Pride will be in vain.
  • Conclusion: If the human race someday reaches its peak of evolution, it will be in a natural environment with a vegetable feed, such as carnivorous and artificial civilization will corrupt it and lead it to the abyss of nothingness, unless it is a breed of tribe He is by the laws of nature, his successor, or else his race will be shamed.
