  • Introduction: Drug Risk Assessment or DRA in drug treatment system is the emerging method to predict the risks to public health from drugs. DRA is applied to provide a defensive position steadily for the new chemical threats in drug treatment system failure in the absence of epidemiological evidence. In accordance with that developing a tool for a better monitoring and predicting efforts is needed more than ever. A dynamical system must be obtained for the possible spread to create a protocol for coping with elements of the system. Actions taken in the system can be enhanced by predicting the related situation through calculating.
  • Methods: Path for the drug, from the drug treatment system to the receptors and also to the drug induced deaths, must be indicated. Then we will have a continuous dynamical system with clear flow rates for the creation and elimination of each and every of elements. The most essential rates possible to predict through this approach are ill population and number of drug induced deaths. An epidemic ensues if the basic reproductive rate R0 > 1: that is, the number of secondary malfunctions which arise is greater than 1.
  • Results: We must minus the summation of drug induced death rates from the effect of biomedical barriers. Then multiply the outcome by the summation of receptors. After that the amount in hand must be multiplied by the minus of two phrases which are the basic reproductive rate as the base of the Neper number and the effect of disease on the population in the time t (which is a result of specific mathematical operations) divided by the summation of basic reproductive rate and natural death rates and the summation of disease induced death rates as the base of Neper number.
  • Conclusion: developing such a model through dynamical and mathematical approaches will provide a structured way of identifying and assessing microbiological risks in the system failure. In addition to that this model can be a crucial trigger of improving pharmaceutical aspects of drug treatment system.
