Endometriosis is an ostrogen dependant disorder with pelvic pain and infertility.It is an uncommon disorder that affects on women of childbearing age.
Danazol,a drug that used for endometriosis has both central antigonadotropic actions and direct atrophic effects
Methods: METHOD:
the word"Danazol" AND"Endometriosis"were used with Title/abstract and they were collected since 2009(10 years) on pub med 6 of them(8) were used in google scholar Danazol AND Endometriosis were used and 4 of 10 were choosed since 2015
Results: RESULT:
50% of patients are in stage IV of endometriosis Most of them had complaint of infertitlity(49%) and pelvic pain(43%).It was obvious that using vaginal danazol for 3 month have more effect on relieving pain compared to Danazol but it is still used to cure endometriosis because treatment with danazol influence on painful symptoms of endometriosis when compared withplacebeo although this drug had some side effects like othersfor example of usefulness of danazol women were satisfied with vaginal danazol for 3 month there was visible decrease in pain compared to period before using danazol If using danazol was continued for 6 month,symptoms of pain will be lesser than past pelvic pain can be lesser with using drugs like danazol. Danzol's effects is commonly based on producing androgen a lot and a few estrogen.The clinical responses of 39 women who cure with danazol for conservative therapy showed the less symptoms of endometriosis In total if treatment ofendometriosis with using danazol was not the best choice,it won't be the worst one and using of them has no matter except the high or low dosage of it

Although Danazol has some side effects , it's useful for treating painful symptoms of endometriosis. On the other hand, there are more appropriate ways to treat endometriosis compared to Danazol .
