  • Introduction: Parkinson's disease is a progressive disease in which the dopaminergic nerves are destroyed by the release and also by the accumulation of synovial protein and As a result, dopamine decreases in gray matter in the brain and causes disorganized motor and motor symptoms. In this study, we evaluated the disease, its new therapeutic methods using stem cells and immune responses.
  • Methods: The articles were extracted from the last 3 years with the keywords Stem cell, Parkinson's and therapy at Pubmed. Also reviewed in Google Schoar, Science direct, and Dodge articles between years 1 and 2, some of which were titled and unrelated to the topic, and others by their abstract study and non-topic relevance, They were excluded from the study and finally 2 articles were used.
  • Results: The progressive proliferation of alpha-synuclein protein in most regions of the CNS results in immunological conflicts and severe immune responses, which naturally and partially slow down the process of expansion.High-powered PSC stem cells are cells that can form all or most of the cells but they cannot make extra-embryonic cells these cells can also produce all tissues and organs except the BLASTOMER stage and before that. The brain is inherently capable of repairing or restoring damaged or destroyed nerve cells so that the neural stem cells in the mammalian brain can restore these damaged neurons . If the brain stem cells are destroyed, embryonic pluripotent stem cells can be used on days 1 to 2 after fertilization to compensate for these dopamyrenergic neurons and partly to treat Parkinson's disease and eliminate the manifestations of the disease
  • Conclusion: Due to the ability of the mammalian brain to repair damaged nerve cells, these transplanted embryonic stem cells can be resurrected and destroyed of course, the timing of fertilization of these embryonic cells on their ability and effect is crucial.PSC cells also play an important role in the treatment of this disease with their ability to form these cells.
