  • Introduction: Cancer involves the abnormal growth of cells, with the metastatic ability to extend beyond its original location and spread throughout the body and may begin and extend to other areas of the body in advanced stages. Hematopoietic stem cells are immature cells that can be transformed into blood cells. These stem cells are present in bone marrow, bloodstream, and cord blood.Different treatments are suggested for cancer. Here we look at stem cell cancer treatment.
  • Methods: In this systematic review, after reviewing the Sid information source and the google scholar search engine, and using library searches, the cancer and stem cell keywords were achieved. The criteria for entry of articles include from 2011 to 2019 the full text of articles was accessible.
  • Results: There are many treatments available for cancer, including chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy. Here we focus on stem cell cancer treatment.Stem cells have an inherent tendency toward malignant and invasive tumors. Different stem cells can be used as carrier cells. These cells are extracted from a variety of sources, including (MSCs), (NSCs), and adipose-derived stem cells. The use of stem cells for autologous cells generated by the patient, the use of stem cells in allogeneic that implanted very quickly excluded, better than allogeneic transplantation to measure the amount of matching antigens HLA stem cell donor HLA antigens, cells The recipient's fundamentals depend. We focus on the two types of stem cells that are most commonly used. MSCs and NSCs have been extensively tested to determine their efficacy as carrier cells for viral therapy. MSCs are multiple stem cells that can be extracted from many different tissues and capable of producing a variety of cells. MSCs are capable of migrating to tumor tissues and capable of spreading and supporting the spread of cancer-causing viruses.A number of cancer cells act as stem cells and effectively proliferate and support cancer. The findings of this new study indicate that the absence or mutation of Prominin-1 protein causes stem cell activation with problems that affect tissue repair and formation.
  • Conclusion: Creating a stem cell-based carrier system with the ability to enter the tumor allows us to treat systemic diseases as well as invading cancerous cells that have left their original locations by creating a carrier system with immunosuppressive properties. The body allows us to place the amount of medical burden into the patient's bloodstream. Our understanding of the molecular mechanisms governing the ability of stem cells within the tumor is limited, and further studies are needed to obtain a viral therapeutic dose in distant tumor sites that may be related to the efficacy of clinical treatment. With these advances, oncologists may be able to prevent metastatic disease in the near future.
