Introduction: Gene therapy is a new perspective in medical knowledge new methods for transfer intact gene’s in the cell’s & cure the damaged gene’s. researches for cure the different diseases especially cancer with gene therapy has done . in the meantime dangerous agents had an experience in cancer’s & had a high value . in this direction for research about genetic can or cannot have the condition of hereditary for distinction the cancer .
Methods: Search suitable text and practical essay’s from authentic website : google scholar , pubmed ,ISI ,scopus ,oxford , clinicaltrials.gov ,ovid has performed . so search from the website’s & find out some suitable essay and classify them for choosing the most good text .
Results: The first gene therapy was in 1990 for genetic disorder named : (severe combined immunodifeinciency – SCID) but doesn’t have many success but they continued there researches . in the new ages with progress in the gene therapy , much hope has returned to research & the human cells were studied and cure for most of cancer’s and it had successful results .
Conclusion: Seems that must of gene therapy is unrecognized & the relation with cure the cancer especially hereditary cancer and avoid from prevalence of this cancer’s need’s a lots of researcher . today the doctors about hereditary cancer’s in family can diagnose that is hereditary or not ?
And we wish that can have a big step for cure and stop this kind of cancer .
