  • Introduction: Cancer has been calcified in grades, the last grades, 3 and 4 which consider as end stages, categorized based on their ability to spread the body known as metastasis. This ability give the cells the power of detachment from tumor, transfer in body and nesting in some niches in body. Our data from analysis of Hightruopust data shows that the main differences between grade I and II with grade III and Iv were downregulation of tighjunction, upregulation of amibiosis movement related genes and up regulation of EGFR. This data shows that in addition to detachment by downregulation of tightjunction and the ability of movment by amibios genes, EGFR has a great role in promotion of cancer because of the main concentration of this substances is in blood vessels which metastasis cells have to cross this section.
  • Methods: 18 SRA files have been downloaded from SRA NCBI. The QC process has been done by propriate method from GEO2R and Galaxy site. The data has been processed by Galaxy portal and heat map provided. The differential subsets has been separated from GEO2R. The networks have been done by STRING and Gorilla.
  • Results: After processing the data more than 5000 genes have been discovered as significant candidate. EGFR was the most significant gens in network which its crucial role in cancer can not be neglected. The network show that the most genes belong to ambiosos movement of cells and second best is related to tigh junction which is crucial in metastasis.
  • Conclusion: Our data show a fantastic expressional model for metastasis. It also show EGFR as an putative traputical point to focus on. This data can bright our understanding of metastasis mechanism which could be beneficial to tropical and basic science world.
