  • Introduction: It has been proposed that differentiation and organogenesis of embryos are depended on concentration gradient of growth factors such as BMPs, FGFs, and many other factors. It also believed that mechanical simulation is indeed a curial factor in embryogenesis. All of the mentioned elements need molecular affecters to start the differentiation factors. In here we analyze RNA seq data of oocyte, 2 cells embryos, 4 cells morula and blastula cells. Our data suggest that the phatway of response to simulation including receptors, sensors and other effector protein will overexpression in morula stage.
  • Methods: We download 12 set of SRA files from SRA NCBI. We have done QC and qualified the files by their distribution. Then we analyze these files by GEO2R code and extract 1000 gene based on LogFC. We initiate our searching by STRING and draw network of genes, we also did this research with GORILLA network and extract significant pathways.
  • Results: Our findings suggest that the initiation to external factors might start from morula stages and not the higher blastula or in postimplantaion stages. It is important to know that because many of dysfunction, syndromes and other abnormalities arise from dysfunction of development and its patterns.
  • Conclusion: Based on given data, we can conclude that the initiation of pattern establishment in embryo might start in morula stages which start in 8 cell phenotype. This can be consider for medical evaluation of embryo to start their experiment of organogenesis and embryogenesis from 8 cell stage.
