  • Introduction: It has been shown that even the nearest spices have many different features regarding each other. For many years' primates and mice are the closest models for medical researches. Although this species are close relative to us, it knows the differences of this species which could change the experiment results in human trails. Stem cell therapy is one of the brightest fields in medicine. Despite the wide usage of this kind of cell, most of the experiments have been done on mice and primates. Here for the important of finding the differences RNA-seq of IPS cells from human and primates have been analyzed. This analysis showed that expression of WNT signaling pathway significantly has been different in two IPSc subsets. This is important because many signaling pathway could affect the induction and differentiation fate and efficiency.
  • Methods: 9 set of raw data has been downloaded from SRA-NCBI. The data has been analyzed by GEO2R. Differentially expressed set of gens has been extracted and the pathways have been analyzed by string.
  • Results: After analysis of data, it has been shown that WNT pathway has been expressed in hIPS cells versus chimpanzees IPS cells. These results show us that the researches of IPS cell on chimps cannot be formidable. This fact rise when we consider WNT change in two subsets. This pathway is curial in induction of stem cells and differentiation of IPS cells.
  • Conclusion: It has been shown that the IPS researches might be done on human cells with higher accuracy and it is advised to not initiate new IPS Research with primate cells.
