  • Introduction: Introduction: Urtica is native to temperate regions of Europe and Asia . Urtica Plant is generally herbaceous It grows into car mode at damp areas and shaded areas. Urtica has several species, but its three major species have been considered medically. Urtica is a plant with branched branches. Its stems are straight and rectangular and its leaves are covered with bastard furrows. The parts of this plant consist of conical and burning warps that, if you touch the plant, these burning warps enter the skin, causing itching and burning in the skin, which is why it is called nettle. It has many compounds such as Tannin, Mucilage compounds, Formic acid, Urticine and Histamine.
  • Methods: Search Method:In the context of this overview, 8 articles were used between the years 2010 through the end of 2018 using the keywords of Google and Google scholar search engines.
  • Results: Results: Histamine activates the fibroblastic growth factor and then angiogenesis in the damaged tissue increases.It increases the vascular endothelial growth factor, thus the amount of connective tissue increases in the wound healing process. The combination of vitamin C and high iron in Urtica makes it suitable for stimulating red blood cell production.Vitamin C increases iron absorption in the intestine, while iron is a vital component of hemoglobin. By increasing the count of RBC in the body, circulation increases, the wound healing process accelerates, and the body's organs receive essential oxygen in order to increase the level of energy. For this reason, Urtica is often recommended to eliminate anemia, which is characterized by general muscle weakness, fatigue, cognitive problems, and headache.
  • Conclusion: Conclusion: When the Urtica extract is used on the skin, the severity of acne is reduced and bacterial infections are prevented. Also, Urtica, according to its antioxidant properties, can accelerate the process of wound healing and reduce the appearance of scar tissue and skin lesions, and have anti-aging effects to reduce wrinkles and age-related spots. And used to stop mild bleeding. . Urtica is a diuretic that increases urea and chloride excretion and works to clean the kidneys and liver, and it's a problem for prostate problems. Urtica has a detoxifying effect on the body and is great for rapid purification of blood and the elimination of toxins.
