1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and The International Congress on Biomedicine (ICB), Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the websites, https://www.icbcongress.com/ as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Only fully completed and signed registration forms will be accepted. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full as well as a proof of status if required. If the registration form and/or the full payment and/or the proof have not been received before the deadline indicated, the registration will be cancelled. Authors of accepted papers are invited to register, make payment, attend and present their research paper at one of the conference sessions. Papers which are not presented will not be included in the Book of abstracts or Book of proceedings. The official language of the conference is English and all papers and presentations should be in English. Payment is required for each individual author in multi authors' proceedings if each of the authors wants to attend the conference and receive attendance certificate. Authors of the submitted abstracts for presentation must also make separate registration for the conference by filling in the Registration Form. Only the author who will come to the conference, present the paper and wishes to receive the Attendance Certificate needs to pay for the registration fee. If all the authors want to attend the conference and receive attendance certificate each of them should make separate registration and separately pay for the registration fee. Each applicant can submit and present up to 2 abstracts and they will pay just one registration fee for this. All accepted and presented abstracts and their full-text papers will be published in Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceedings Book in pdf version on our web page. If the participation fee is not paid during the determined period of time, the abstracts and the full text will not be included into the conference program.
3. USER DATA
In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to: (a)Provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Input Data"); (b)Maintain the security of your password and identification wherever applicable; (c)Maintain and promptly update the Input Data, and any other information you provide to ICB, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d)Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to the ICB.
4. REFUND POLICY /CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscribers must pay certain charges in order to receive the relevant subscription Service (unless we agree otherwise for a trial period). In most cases, details of applicable charges can be found on the specific Sites relating to the relevant subscription Service. Where charges are not published on a Site, the applicable charges will be as agreed between you and us. All payments (including any applicable taxes) must be made in any currency that we may specify. You are responsible for the payment of all charges associated with the use of the Service, Site and/or Content using your user name and password. Note: Registrants canceling will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Note: Prior to payment, participants information must be entered. If they have already paid for the conference, the cancellation policy was not respected the complete registration costs have to be paid.
5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
As this congress is virtual, the ICB is not responsible for any bodily or material damage sustained by participants during the ICB Congress, which is not directly the fault of the ICB.
6. ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
The Congress is accessible to all enthusiasts in this area. They can register at the congress and use the congress scientific contents.
7. DATA PROTECTION AND SHARING OF CONTACT DETAILS
All data provided may be used (saved, stored, processed, transmitted and deleted, but not modified) and shared with partners/suppliers in compliance with the Privacy Policy to allow for my booking(s). Furthermore, the data provided may be shared with the host society or a sister society (medical society). ICB may film, photograph or take television or video footage in public spaces during the ICB International Congress. By agreeing to these general terms& conditions, I agree that any images in which I may appear may be used in relation to the promotion of future ICB events and on the ICB website.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may make amendments to the provisions of these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to refer regularly to these Terms and note any amendments. Amendments will come into effect immediately on the amended Terms being posted on the Sites and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you access a Site after that time. If you do not wish to accept them, you must cancel these Terms as described above.
