Development of Biotechnology Committee of Presidency and Biological research and Vaccine Institute of Nasim, with goal of improving the Average reading time of Country and revisiting the culture of usage of public urban areas, named this day "Bastani-Elmi day" and will award the best pictures and videos.
This Institute is considering to choose Melat park for Tehran.
