Abstract

Introduction

With regard to the prevalence of cancer in the world, treatment have become important. one of the methods is to stimulate t cells and increase their targeting to the cancerous tumor, which is called immunotherapy through t cells.

Methods

1.act(adaptive t cell transfer cancer immunetherapy) 2.incorporation of gene therapy and t cell therapy and making special anti gene receptor in t cell surface,3.lymphoablation which is responsibe for colonal lymphocytosis menace,4.t cell culturing and cloning and comparing il_1 in invitro and invivo

Results

Research shows three important results: 1. with the selective transfer of t-specific melanoma cells, the ability of t cells to mediate anti-tumor activity has been identified. these t cells are used to detect specific antigens detected. 2.selective t-cell clones have the ability to survive in vivo and have high tumor movement. 3- understanding the specific signals involved in the hemostatic t cell proliferation provides important information for increasing the proliferation and activation of specific t cell antigens in immunotherapy.

Conclusion

Combining gene therapy and therapy of t cells and constructing a specific antigenic receptor at the level of t cells and placing the second stimulatory and proliferative signals in the range of these receptors produces lymphocyte cells that are independent of the mhc antigenic identification system and even in the absence of auxiliary signals, stimulant cytokines can replicate and eliminate cancerous cells. with the way that "hybrid antigen receptor" is introduced, there is hope for success in cancer control and treatment.
