  • Introduction: Probiotics are living organisms that are a class of bacteria that not only balance the beneficial bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract, but also compete with pathogenic bacteria. They are probiotics, bacteria and live yeasts that protect microbiota from 70% of the immune system. The human body is in the intestines. Because of these probiotics, the beneficial bacteria in the intestine will be strengthened and thus the digestive system will perform better, which will improve the immune system and enhance the immune system.
  • Methods: In this systematic review, after reviewing the Sid information source and the google scholar search engine, and using library searches, the Microbiota and Probiotics keywords were achieved. The criteria for entry of articles include from 2011 to 2019, the full text of articles was accessible.
  • Results: Each strain of probiotics is a unique organism with specific properties that works differently with other strains. With daily use of probiotics, intestinal microbial is undoubtedly one of the most promising probiotics for immunity. Probiotic species such as L. paracasei CASEI 431 inhibit the growth of pathogens, boost production of antibodies, and balance cytokine secretion.
  • Conclusion: Because a high percentage of the immune system found in the intestine, probiotics are very useful and effective for maintaining overall body health. Without these beneficial bacteria, the body will be vulnerable to viral and bacterial infections, which may lead to human death. It is very important for microbial infections of the intestine to use foods containing prebiotics so that the bacteria can rebuild and improve the immune system, which reveals the effects of probiotics more than before.
