1. What is the cancellation policy for the registration fee?
Registrants canceling will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
2. Does the group registration (two or five) allow us to complete just of registration form for all participants in our group?
To proceed with your group registration, please note that all participants (emails) for a group must set up a separate account. It can be done before or after group payment.
3. In the case of group registration (two or five people), can we replace other people if each of our registered individuals has already paid or refused to pay the registration fee?
No! Prior to payment, participants information must be entered. If they have already paid for the conference, the cancellation policy was not respected the complete registration costs have to be paid.
4. Is the group registration fee (two or five) paid alltogether or individually?
Altogether. The group coordinator is liable to pay the registration costs as soon as she/he has registered participants for the congress.
5. Is there any student discount?
No! The system is calculated the group discount and at different time periods.
