Abstract

Introduction

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(pdac) is the most common lethal type of pancreatic cancers that include about 80%–90% of all pancreatic solid tumours.pdac patients have the best up to five-year survival if surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation are prescribed in the first or second pre-metastatic stage of development, but unfortunately, lack of symptoms caused that diagnosed pdac in stage iii or iv. so early detection of this cancer has significant rolls on patients survival and type of treatment methods.today, micrornas (mirna), the subjects of transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation, are introduced as novel biomarkers because they are stable in a body fluid, inexpensive, noninvasive and more specific.

Methods

In this systematic review study, we collected the newest and relevant article by searched pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, biomarker, microrna and early detection as keywords in the valid database such as ncbi and scopus.the number of articles detected in our study was 48 that screened 12 of them.thereafter, evaluate mirnas in mirbase, pancreatic cancer expression and mircancer to collect novel and reliable mirna.

Results

Notably selected 23 micrornas such as mir221 and mir155, are up-regulate, mir373 and mir126, are down-regulated.

Conclusion

Based on results, we collected valuable micrornas as a panel of biomarkers to detect pancreatic cancer at the early stage.early detection, help the physician to select accurate personalized treatment methods, reduce costs of treatment and increased patient survival.
