Abstract

Introduction

During the recent decades, nanotechnology has entered the field of drug industries and importance of nano-drugs in curing diseases has attracted more attention. infectious diseases are one of the biggest health challenges all over the world and consequently, anti-biotic resistances have made the need for more targeted antibiotics apparent. the purpose of the present study was producing albumin-amino penicillin nano-drug and to investigate how drug resistance destruction occurs in staphylococcus aureus bacteria using this nano-drug

Methods

Preparation of the nano-drug bsa-amino penicillin was done through desolvation method and when the formation of the nano-drug was assured through xrd and ft-ir spectrum, anti-biogram test was done to the staphylococcus aureus (atcc: 25923) and cellular toxicity of the nano-drug was analyzed on the cellular level of l929

Results

The picks of ft-ir spectrometer and xrd device in the spectrum show that new connections have been made. the results of anti-biogram in the staphylococcus aureus bacteria resistant to ampicillin in the presence of ampicillin was (mic: 512µg/ml) and it was (mic: 64 µg/ml) in the presence of nano-drug. also in the cellular toxicity analysis in 0.25 mg/ml concentration, the percentage of live cells had increased to 100%

Conclusion

: the study reveals that the production of nano-drug of albumin-amino penicillin has been successful. also, in the antibiogram method the mic in nano-drug and in the ampicillin anti-biotic are different and also the produced nano-drug does not have toxic effects on l929 cells in a considerable concentration of the drug
